buenos aires – former manchester city star sergio aguero gave a warning to erling haaland. having just joined man city, haaland was reminded by aguero to strengthen his mentality while playing there. as is known, haaland has now officially joined man city. his slick performance while defending borussia dortmund made man city not hesitate to spend 51 million pounds to bring him. haaland did steal the show during his career in the german league. in total, he scored 86 goals from 86 appearances in all competitions. however, according to aguero, haaland's early form in the man city shirt will not be that luxurious. the argentine said the adaptation process at man city was not easy, especially since the coach, josep guardiola, has high standards. "haaland will need time in english football, and pep's demands, as i did, logically, he will have a period of adaptation to a league as strong as the premier league," aguero said, quoted by goal international, wednesday (20/7/2022).
