by Milena Farber

While at Emaze.com, we’re taking the necessary precautions to ensure everyone’s safety, staying in our homes, balancing between work and our cooped-up families, we want to assure you that we are all here for you.

A message to Emaze customers, partners & friends

Here at Emaze, we’re continuously monitoring the situation surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Our team is working around the clock to ensure the continued health and safety of our employees, as well as the continuity of our business and the continued support of you, our customers.

As we embark on a time of unique uncertainty, we recognize that it’s critical to focus on what’s important. For Emaze, that is our employees, loved ones, and customers. What we’re doing in response to COVID-19

In the face of current developments and the tense situation all around the world, we’d like to address you all with an update regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis. In this article we’d like to tell how we as a team at Emaze are acting and which measures we’ve put into place:

  1. We are protecting our team and helping to confine the spread of disease by sending employees to work from home wherever possible. This measure is active as of now and until further notice. Our team ensures that you can continue to stay connected and productive — no matter where you are in the world.
  2. You can safely rely upon that all services provided by Emaze will continue as usual. Our powerful platform is prepared to increase access to our editor activity. Emaze is known and loved for its usability.
  3. We’ve stopped all non-essential business travel, both domestic and international
  4. We are available for questions on the usual channels. Our support team is there for you on info@emaze.com.

Moving forward

We will continue to monitor the global impact of COVID-19 and adhere to recommendations of agencies like the Ministry of Health. We will not waiver from providing best-in-class service for our customers, and we are committed to doing everything in our power to ensure customers do not experience a change in service levels or response times as a result of this virus.

With designer templates and millions of reusable presentations, there’s no need to start from scratch—unless you want to.  Ensure that your message connects with your audience and sparks a change within them through your presentation online.
