The terms of our service at Emaze are fairly simple.
- You buy the ad, you do whatever you can display it anywhere you want without limitations or restrictions.
- For monthly subscriptions, you agree to pay the subscription price automatically via credit card. You are charged in advance for the following month.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- In general, cancellations take effect at the end of the month rather than during the month. If this poses a problem, please contact us.
- If you purchase premium ads or ads beyond the subscription plan, they are automatically charged to your credit card at your next renewal date. You will be notified of any such charges beyond your subscription plan before you download your ad so that you have an opportunity to not download the ad.
- Only ads that are downloaded are considered for your subscription plan. So if you create 100 ads on a monthly subscription plan that only allows 50 ads per month, as long as you only download 50 of those ads, you are not charged for the other 50 ads.
- Monthly subscribers cannot download free ads (with the Emaze logo displayed at the bottom-right).
- Don't try to hack our system or do bad things. It's not nice.
